Bread Drawer - Adjacent to Dishwasher - bad idea?

Hi, I'm considering locating a bread drawer next to a dishwasher but I am concerned that the heat from the dishwasher will warm up the bread and reduce shelf-life dramatically. any thoughts?
It's a european 600mm wide size (I'm located in europe).
Seems like it could be a big mistake to locate these two tings side-by-side.
