We have a leak from above a window in our
den. Actually we have two leaks of similar nature from two windows in our den. These began and or got worse after a new sliding door with a new header was installed in the room over.

Trying to figure out the source of these leaks or if there are any structural issues here. Are these leaks coming from the windows now being shifted slightly or are these leaks not coming from the window? Water is coming in from the area right on top of the window. If you zoom into the pic you can see a drop coming through and where the paint and woo from the moulding is decaying now.

Do we just need new windows or to seal these better? They are also get stuck more often now than previously.
