Your bed is very neutral and will work fine with navy and white, whatever means nautical to you. In the photo, the walls appear to clash with the head and footboard fabic. I would paint them white. Replace the tall dresser with a lower one; it will look better in your narrow room and place the TV at a better height for viewing. If you can, replacing the carpet would make a huge impact.

This bed would work with a neutral coastal theme. I would still to calming sandy colors.

I'd say there are better concepts for that bed?? If that's a picture of your bedroom now? First money I might spend is a hardwood floor or a new carpet color. .......and I might sell the "suite" in total for a bed you really like All the bulk is overwhelming the room. Before anything , make an inspo book of rooms you LOVE. You don't love the bed, and it's a waste of money to try if you really want a different look.

The vibe is definitely more life on a ship vrs striped umbrellas. The photo above is not my current room. We bought a home that we are remodeling so the bed is still in storage. I will have a light colored gray vinyl plank flooring. I need to choose bedding, paint, ceiling light, night stand, lamps, window coverings, floor rug, maybe a dresser. I was thinking not really “dressy” I am imagining a rug like the color of dock ropes. I like the window coverings in the photo above. I am excited to start with a clean slate, with that said, I do not have an eye for decorating! Thank you and I appreciate any other suggestions.

I can't tell, but a typical jute rug might have too much visual contrast with bed's tufting, fabric... I posted the warm red in case it'd help... likely too casual. There can be other places for jute/rope... what does the room measure? a round beachy jute could work at a chair...

You love the bed. Please forget about any nautical flavor with it? It is to jam a square peg into a round hole. Not one thing about the bed feels remotely nautical. It feels a lot more European country than anything else. I hope the room is huge, because it has a physical mass, beyond the fact that its a king. It has a weight. It also is sleigh, so it akes extra inches from the room with its depth.

That's the feel of the bed. Before you buy anything? You post a scaled drawing of the room. Whare is the closet, the windows, the walls. what are the dimensions of ALL of that. Where do you enter....etc. Draw the space, grab a tape measure and then upload neatly.
