Which method do you have the best luck with?

T-Budding by far for citrus. Clef graft for all other fruits.

I am now using plastic strips from bread bags instead of Teflon tape. If the bud doesn't seat real well I compress the wrapped graft with a rubber band. I also use my sterilized thumb nails to lift the bark for the bud graft

You mean plastic coated twist ties or the split plastic clip with hole I see on bread bags?

These strips are free and I know just where to find them. No more spending hours looking for 'grafting tape' Teflon tape in my case. I use a piece of masking tape to hold the end.
