We don't have enough information to answer this question. Where are you? It does matter. What are the temperatures? Watering practices? Feeding? Light conditions? Soil type? They all matter.

All else being taken care of (sufficient sun etc., they do look healthy) I would give it high phosphorous fertilizer to see if that gives them the nudge. Some gardenias only bloom in spring so there is that. Also, they need 60 or below at night to set buds. If you have warmer nights they will not set buds.

It really stumps me when other Gardenia are still blooming. I do have “Mor Bloom” that I can apply immediately. It would really be welcome to see buds from them like when I first brought them in the fall of 2019.
