Water Damage / Cracks in Basement Floor (Concrete)

Property has had issue with water in basement. mostly after deep winter freeze, but also after abnormally heavy rains this season in Northeast.
There are many cracks in the concrete flooring in basement. Some pictures attached. how serious is this concern? Does it threaten structural integrity of the house or foundation? And what’s a ballpark range to waterproof an 1,100 sf basement like this and address cracks?
