Apocynaceae? The flowers look similar to Cynanchum laeve, but the leaves are different. Any chance of more photos showing more of the leaves and vine, and a crisp photo of the flowers showing their anatomy?

I think it could be a vincetoxicum of some kind .

I can't find any evidence of Vincetoxicum species in Florida. They seem to be restricted to the cooler northeast. This vine might be Cynanchum northropiae or similar. It's the closest match for the leaves I can find.
