Three years with wirebrushed floors

When we remodeled our Florida home 3 years ago, after much research we chose engineered wirebrushed hardwood floors from Hurst hardwoods (we highly recommend them if this is the flooring you are considering!). I will say that I absolutely love these floors. Five neighbors and friends have installed this flooring as well, based on our recommendations. The slight texture is pleasant. There has been no warping. The light/midtone is a great neutral for our decor. The only drawback is that dirt accumulates in the wirebrushed finish. It's not the end of the world, and it tends to emphasize the grain so it takes a while before I realize our floors are really quite dirty in the grooves. I'm sure most people will have realized this, but I didn't think about this maintenance issue when considering these floors.
I would 100% buy them again, as it's pretty simple to scrub my floors annually with The Laundress All purpose cleaner and a stiffer brush, but thought it was worth sharing with others as you consider your flooring choices.
