I appreciate your desire to buy the plans for this home but they are not for sale. Each home I create with my Trademarked Process is very unique to each client and their lot. There is extensive inquiry about the clients lifestyle, living patterns and personal preferences. I also study desired solar exposure, preferred vistas, topography and tree salvage for the lot. I integrate all of that information into the home design, and, to me, that is the most extraordinary aspect about how I design.
