Grey is no longer as "on trend" as it was. I think a creamy white would look good with your cabinets. It's a true neutral, which your tenants will also appreciate. Are you changing the flooring?

You could sample Benjamin Moore’s Muslin. I like BM’s Natura line, or something similar, for environmentally friendly.

Creamy white alabaster or pure white

The creamy white wall over the heating vent looks good. Try a similar shade.

Also, you could reverse the doors on the fridge for easier access. The instructions are online at the manufacturer's website. I can see the screw holes and logo cover in the photo.

I would probably match a color in the floor tile and pick a lighter version off the same strip. You are keeping the floor so you should work with it. It appears greenish grey to me.

I like Patricia Colwell’s idea of a soft greyed green to tie it together - something a shade or two lighter than green color (I think it is green - that how it looks on my monitor) in the floor. l think almost any creamy white will make the cabinets look yellow and seem like you tried to match the cabinets and missed. Would also make the floor stick out as the only gray toned element. If you decide to do white/off white, would be worth it to put large test samples next to the cabinets so you are sure you like it with them at varying times of day.

Thank you. The floor has blue in the design not green. The wall above the floor vent is the same color as the cabinets.
