I think that is a HEAVY tiled shower on the right side of the pic? Is there room to the left of the toilet to accommodate the legs of one of those over the toilet organizers? That might give the room some balance. Hooks across the wall between the toilet and the shower would add color/interest and usefulness. What is the toilet user looking at when sitting?

Floor will soon be redone with LVP coretec Calypso Oak and rug, wastebasket, basket on toilet are all purely for function and just things that were laying around until I decide on accessories.

It looks like the only feature that will have any impact if changed.. is the wall color… the shower door will not allow any thing but very flat art /poster on that wall…if you choose a colorful poster….then paint all the walls in a color from the poster ….or if if the sink is also white .. white walls that match the fixtures may work… so the contrast of the floors and shower ….will look crisper.. more organic…using wooden hooks or towel bars to tie it together as well
