Maybe Albuca bracteata, but the picture quality is too poor to say for sure. Can't make out what's happening at the base of this plant. Is it a South African species that's kept outside in the warmer months, or a hardy bulb planted in the ground?? Asparagaceae, Scilloideae?

Camassia ?

Looks way bigger than any Camassia I have seen, and mine always bloomed earlier in the season, like May.

But I do not have any suggestions since I have no experience with TX plants.

From the looks of those plants, they could all be exotic, for all we know.

O. caudatum is a synonym of Albuca bracteata
