My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Before and After: 1930s SCR Kitchen

I want to show off our new kitchen a little.

We bought our 1935 Spanish Colonial Revival house three years ago. The kitchen was renovated in 1964 and, while spacious, was dark due to the lowered ceiling and removed windows. The cabinets were starting to deteriorate and there were issues with the layout.

We are not wealthy, but we wanted to bring back some of the kitchen’s 1930s charm without breaking the bank. I think our contractor did a great job making our dream a reality.
