No brainer - red to pick up other reds in the room. 3 pics are hung too high.

It already has built-in pillows. Other fabrics will tend to slide off of leather anyway. Art needs a big re-work, IMO.

I like the modern elements- I’m a fan of blue and brown together personally.

If you aren’t attached to the art- you could replace with abstract blue tones and add cream and pale blue pillows, and a nice fat cozy blanket.
