    That is a tile by Ann sacks, Ann sacks has a bunch of interesting tile. This paticular one is done by an artist Andy Fleishman. The grout releases the pattern and you can make it blend or stand out as much as you want. Be sure to use epoxy grout and seal the tile a million times.
