My liner was finally installed; promise date was June 30; completion date September 10 - some covid factors.

1. Before choosing a contractor, choose your liner. Some contractors are limited to a few sources/manufacturers.

2. When adding steps, consider adding textured lining to that area

3. When choosing a liner consider what's above. I chose a lovely liner, Merwin Island Granite. What I did not consider is what's above my pool - lots and lots of beautiful soaring CT trees. The result is my pool water in deepest area appears cloudy green. It's still beautiful in direct sunlight though.
