I’m looking for advice about how to keep my skeleton decorations in position on outdoor columns. These preliminary ones are held up by velcro strips and a bungee cord,

but I need a way to secure them and keep them higher up. Since the columns are rounded and the skeletons will be outside in Chicago, I dont think my usual reliance on command hooks will suffice.

Another issue is that pesky gravity move the limbs out of position, but I also dont want to use anything permanent as I plan on changing their placements every couple days. Any recommendations for a sturdy yet temporary way to hold their positions will be very much appreciated.
