I live in a duplex and I found out that there is only one gas meter and is attached to my home address so for 4 years I have been paying the gas for both duplex.. when the landlord charge extra money for the downstairs duplex with the excuse of the gas included on the rent .. I try to resolve this with him and ask him for a refund for all those years that I have been paying the gas but he said no plus he raise the rent with out a 30 day notice and he gave me a 3 day eviction what can I do????
