IMO two sliders so close is not needed. I would keep the slider by the kitchen table. It would be easier tor taking food/drinks to the deck/patio. I would put windows in the living room.

Would center three windows in the living room back exterior wall rather than the second slider..

Which side of the house is north? south? east? west? And where is the road -- Would you be looking toward the road when you stand in the front door looking out? Does any side have a particularly good view?

Not that you asked, but ... not a huge fan of the plan as is.

Would definitely want the kitchen sink at a window.

What is the large room on the far left -- left of the living room? Is that intended to be a master bedroom suite or an in-law suite -- but with no bath -- or is it an office? It has an exterior front door competing for attention with the front entry door. Not a fan of double front doors, especially in a relatively small house -- doesn't seem to "fit" the scale of the house. Might well be better to have a standard door w/sidelight(s).

The only full bath shown has a door to the outside and the bathroom serves as a hallway between kitchen and back yard? Not a good idea.

The two bedrooms and bonus room, none of which has much closet space, each have one window, potentially making for a darker room, especially if any of them are opening toward the north (if you're in the northern hemisphere).

Do you really want garage smells and fumes that close to the bedrooms and bonus room?

Is there a reason why the electrical panel is not in the mud/laundry room?

If the mud/laundry room were an elongated back entry hall -- front to back of the house alongside the garage -- it could serve as a back entry hallway with floor to ceiling and wall to wall storage and include access to the powder room (with window, preferably with a shower) by a back door in the mud/laundry room leading to the back yard (?via back porch?)) (to have closer access the trash cans behind the garage), and you could probably include the "electrical" within a deep closet within the mud/laundry room against the garage wall -- no separate room that is only accessible from outside would be needed.

Thank you for your response.. so the property is 2.5 acres in Florida. The back would lead to a patio with a pool and an acre view. That would be the south.. the entire property is surrounded by trees, so there is no view to the road. As far as the kitchen sink, it is under a window also with a backyard view. The large empty room is for our master with a bath and closet, we just haven’t figured that out yet. That door in the front will be blocked in. We are currently in that empty room as an apartment until we build. This is a 70 by 26 block building that we are turning into a house, with the 2 bedrooms and bonus room being an addition.. for the electrical panel room.. that is already there and it would cost a ton to move it so we just designated an electrical room for it.. I hope this makes more sense. I do like your suggestion for the powder room, my husband is just not wanting to do more square footage. Thank you again for your response
