Hello, I am going to attach a link of photos for the cosmetic issues I am seeing with my new build. My builder is dismissive of course. I don't think he will fix a lot of these items but hoping he will give me the screws that are missing for the doors and the strips of my sidings that are missing still..

As for everything else, what are some good resolutions for these?

Should I get a professional painter to paint the chips, redo some baseboards (some have cuts in them already, mistakingly cut too high... etc.? )
