That last leaf picture looks a bit like Undulata Albomarginata. Those other pictures just look like variations in the leaves that sometimes occurs. Someone else will probably nail this one. I am just guessing……

Debra, Thanks for your suggestion. I do have Albomarginata and the presentation is quite different from the plant I have pictured. This hosta is taller and not tightly formed like albo. The last picture does look very similar to Albo but most of this one's leaves are heavier on the white markings. (I have more in pots) When it came up this spring it was quite impressive with all the white markings., especially through the center parts. Edge is also not as crisp as Albo.

Any further thoughts are appreciated.

Looks like one may have foliar nematodes. I'd think twice about planting it in the ground before I see if that streak between the veins come back.

BK - I hope that is not the case. It will be staying in the pot through the winter so will see what it looks like next year.

Ken - Any name suggestions are appreciated and I will then check out the library. The plants are not really young but have been living under larger hostas for many years. I dug some up this spring and potted them, then moved them to a brighter location. I was pleased with the white patterns I was seeing. I should probably give the plants a little more pot to grow in so maybe more stems next spring. Thanks for your thoughts.

Ken - I just checked out the hosta library. Names I found beside Antioch were Shogun, Spinners and Moerheim. All are apparently the same hosta. The pictures of Shogun really show the white through the center and all have very ragged white edges. Will keep these in mind for next year.
