It really deiends on budget and how far boho you want to head. Best thing you can do is look at inspiration pictures and have a plan for color scheme, bedding and accessorizing. Since you like the rust and have to consider carpet, use them as your starting point.

The blue quilt should cover the bed when the bed is made. It coordinates with the curtains but not the brown blanket. Get some pillow shams. Hang the mirror on the back of the door. 1 piece of art over the bed. It should be about 2/3 the width of the headboard.

IMO you are long way from getting original art work. I usually start with the bedding and if boho is what you like then get a nice new eiter coverlet or comforter that will start the whole space look. Boho can be some many things I would suggest you google boho bedrooms if you are have trouble with what you really like.
