wow,I didn't do a thing to get around a paywall. Have to hear what others had happen. I think that 70 general range is average.

I tried chadinig link and got 75. Sfchronicle is for bay area and I'm in socal, but scrolling down further there is a map for socal and seemed to work the same and same score..

Had to use chadinlg's non-paywalled link too. Our score was just under 70. But I had to laugh a bit, because a small nearby community area was rated 100. Whoo-wee! Except when you know that they are a stand of mature eucalyptus trees, with their bonus wind and fire dangers. I'll gladly take the lower score.
