My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Truss design for room above

27' building width.
Need truss design to maximize space in upstairs loft.
Lower level has existing 8' interior ceiling.
Can be supported with interior wall or support posts but would prefer not to.
