Hi Sonriewife - I'm sorry that we didn't see this question earlier but I don't know who built this house as it was originally built in 1965 and the last remodel was probably 10-15 years ago. I do have a builder that I would recommend if you are still looking. Send me a note and I'll share their information with you. - Catherine
