Help me choose pull size for pull out trash cabinet, 5 or 7"?

Finally getting to the end of our remodel and trying to choose hardware sizes. I can't decide between the 5" or 7" handle for the 18" cabinet with our pull out trash. Feel like the 7" may look a little big but it may be easier to grab for the trash?

I attached photos of both sizes and of the rest of the cabinets in the island. The 30" pot drawers will have 12" handles and the drawer under microwave will have 7" handle.

Both work. If your going with seven inch stick with that size.

@HU-187528210 I am using the 5" on all my uppers and lower cabinet doors, plus I am using the 5" on three other drawers. I am using 9" on the other stack of drawers. I haven't decided on the drawers in the bar area, either using 7" or 9" there for 24" drawers

I just thought maybe the 7" would be easier to grab for the trash pull out and would match the 7" handle for the 24" microwave drawer in the island

So hard to decide.

This is helpful. You have my kitchen except I will go with black pulls.

Yes bigger is better….the trash drawer pullout can get heavy if it’s full. I did 8” on mine, and it looks just fine.

Thanks. I actually put a 5" and it looks good and works fine so far.

What cabinets are these (brand/model)?
