Assuming that the doors are three foot wide, may I assume that this room is about 12 feet by 24 feet? Put the bar along the wall to the left of the stairs. Where the current bar is now, put a chair on the diagonal wall, and a couch along the long wall (immeidatley after the chair), and thre feet on the diagonal after the couch, put another chair. Put sliders under the seated furniture so you can move these around for the final comfortable conversation setting. Add tiny side tables for drinks and the remote. Put wall decor on the walls. We might suggest trying the bar area either where your sectional currently is or on the wall across from where the bar currently is. Depending on which you choose, that would determine your layout. You would be able to keep the sectional and TV/console set up how it is if you just flipped the bar to the other side. If you chose to put the bar where the sectional currently is then you could easily put the sectional where the bar currently is and have the TV/console on the opposite wall.
