Its a darker flooring with some gray undertones.

Marbled veined is my vote.   I specifically love Cambria Brittannica line.  They have a few shades in this line, depending on if you want more gray, beige, gold

If you are looking for light bright and airy, don’t add more gray. I’d pick the plain white or white with white veining.

I agree with the above. White with off white veining, will look very nice.
And after everything in the kitchen is complete you’ll add a backsplash with some warmth.

What about a natural stone like quartzite? Or if you go in eyes-wide-open, a marble? When you say "cozy," that speaks to a warmer tone vs a cool gray. And maybe a honed/satin/leathered finish vs polished. I'd stay away from the speckled granite or the high contrast veined quartz.

These next four are Caesarstone. With anything, I think you'll want to have your cabinet color with you to compare. And is your wall color permanent? If so, take that into consideration also. I know it's a big choice! I'm struggling with it right now myself. :)

Thanks for the feedback so far!! I love the thinking outside the box to use green, but I'm just getting rid of lots of green so I’m ready for something different. Stiley I feel like our styles are similar. It’s incredibly hard to choose!!

Of the countertop ideas posted above, you might try going with the plain white quartz or the quartz with veining. However we will include some of our kitchen designs here that might help you more. Please note the countertops used and backsplash used.
