Lean a picture on the mantel and stare at it, or tape up a mock tv. Now sit. Are you annoyed? Then you will be annoyed : ) Show your space for other suggestions

I do not have a Samsung frame TV but have no problem watching my TV above my fireplace. To each their own.

Post a picture of the fireplace and I may be able to create a mockup to show you how the TV will look over it. Just need the size of the TV and size of fireplace opening for perspective. Take a picture that looks like this from this distance where things look as square as possible:

IMO over the FP is the last spot to put a TV most people who have it just deal with it but once you have a TV at the proper viewing height you will not go over the FP again. Maybe post a floor plan and some pics , sometimes it just takes another eye to see possibilities. As for the Frame TV I would save the money

Pra V - wondering if you have installed your Frame TV over the fireplace and what you think of it? We are building a new home and thinking of doing the same thing. How high is it from the floor? Thanks!
