Is this a quartz or similar finish? What color? The water color is lovely!

Thank you for the compliment and for reaching out to us! We used Pebble Tec plaster in Tahoe Blue for this pool.

It is beautiful. We are building a pool in Boise, Idaho. Have our color choices narrowed down to Tahoe Blue, Aruba, or Barbados Blue. They’re all stunning. Thank you for answering my question.
