Off Center Sink Base

Installing our new kitchen and it turns out the sink base is off center from the window by 1". There's no room to move the cabinet over to the right. We can't get a smaller cabinet, because it's already a 24" sink base.

Faucet is 17.25" and will extend by at least 2 inches into window area.

I'm feeling like the gridded window is making this problem a lot worse.

Looking for suggestions on design solutions for this one? Where to put faucet?

Note that the upper left cabinet of sink is missing. This has not been ordered because I'm wondering if we can use that to help with some "asymmetrical design"

Insignificant.

Your window would look better with some breathing room on both sides, which should be equal.

My house is old and wonky and in my current reno I have a 40 inch window and 12" and 27" bases below. I am having the faucet centered to the window to combat the wonkiness. If you center your faucet between the cabinet center and window center it will not be noticeable.

Sherry said what I was going to say. Can you center your faucet on the window instead of the sink? What kind of sink are you doing?

I am putting in a deep 23" sink. I could center faucet on window, but then it would be off on the cabinet below the sink? Wondering which is the better looking option?

The reason I think it will be noticeable is because of that gridded window. If it was open window I doubt anyone would notice an inch.

Put the faucet on one corner of the sink or the other.
