There is not much space for anything in that entry I would probably do ahuge piece of art on the larger wall get a fabulous light fixture and paint the opposite wall a color form the art .Not sure of the size of the space to the left of the door maybe a really shallow console could work with a mirror above to reflect the new art.This is 11.5 " deep would that fit there

What do you need there. Bench? Do you like a mirror in a front hallway? Place to drop keys? Does everything go in the closet or do you need a place for muddy boots, backpacks etc?

I would have a console or cabinet on the left and art and plant on the right. One large artwork, or a couple of more narrow ones.

Definitely a lamp on the entry table — the light would look lovely from outside the window.

You have an outlet for a lamp on the right (longer) wall facing your closed door. That is where I would put the console. Measure from beyond the swing of your front door. You don’t want your door slamming into your console. Hang art above it and place a nice lamp there. If you feel a bench is necessary, place it on the shorter wall across from the console, or centered on that wall.

Pull the rug out to float in front of the closet, turned the opposite direction. Get a smaller rug in a variation of that style for in front of the door. Here are some variations on a slim floating shelf, which is about all you have room for. If you use the door daily, you might appreciate a mirror to check yourself in coming and going. If not, art is always the best option, IMO.
