The cabinet looks great. I like the lighter natural wood.

Are you lightening up the walls? The cinnamon color does nothing for the cabinets. With the dark floors your cabinets look like they are floating in space.

We will be putting in 3x6 white subway tiles so the cinnamon wall will be covered underneath cabinets. And we will probably keep the color because it is on one wall in the dining room space.

We live in Western Washington, and we used Heritage Homecraft of Woodinville. It took a week, and they also did the countertop, and they threw in a sink, too.

I hope you will check out the new paint color. Our kitchen looks brighter. Unfortunately, our house faces north so we don't get a lot of light. So, I persuaded my husband that our house should only be pastels and not jewel tones (as my grandmother would say). So some of the tchotchkes might be a little dark but I happy with them.
