Does anyone know what part goes in this circular hole here? There is a hole for a double ended nut. In IKEA furniture these circular holes are usually for a cam wheel. But the nut would be different. With a double ended nut not sure what this missing peice is. Or any ideas on what can replace that piece? Or how to fix this joint so it stays put?

For reference this is a Kincaid 92-136F.
