I just used "Chip It' and it looks like Sherwin Williams Blue Refrain is a similar color, but it looked a bit lighter to me.

That's going to be a tough call because it depends on an individuals monitor calibrations! It could very well be a custom color or one that is no longer in the library. If you're trying to match it I would peal off a little chip from behind the bed just over the baseboard and take it to your local B Moore or S Williams and they can match it perfectly in no time. (It looks like BM Ocean City Blue 718)

Well that makes sense! Grays and blues are all the rage now. You'll be overwhelmed when you stop in at your local paint store. Bring a bag in and grab every blue color strip they have, by the grays and by the greens, the blues mixed in with the purples. They'll all look different in your room with your lighting. You'll find it. Best of luck.
