There are dozens of tiny - 1mm - insects on my Seduction rose & Peach Profusion, both pale coloured roses. They don't seem to be doing any damage to the petals but look very unsightly. I sprayed some with Pyrethrum which killed them but they were then stuck to the roses so pointless.
