My drapery fabricator made and installed window treatments for my home. I purchased most of the fabric from various retail stores other than a couple of pieces she had that I could use. She provided the lining and interlining fabric. She provided a couple of the rods from her source and all of the boards. She and her husband did the installation. Should I tip her and if so, how much?
