Msi montauk blue slate tile from HD

Has anyone used this and can provide some photos? Coming down to wire deciding on flooring for our sunroom and ive ordered this from hone depot but it’s going to take another week (and none in any local stores).

Thanks so much- If I use it in sunroom I will likely do 12x24 but then would also like to do 4x12 herringbone in our foyer so we’d only have this plus hardwood on main floor. Trying not to break all the cardinal rules about different flooring!

I just wanted to see some pictures as I wait for the delivery to know if worth waiting for - but unfortunately no movement on the work this week so seems I have time!

I ordered this tile in a smaller size for a herringbone on our laundry room floor. I ended up using terrazzo bc I wanted a lighter floor, but the slate was really pretty! You’ll like it!

We just DIY'ed over 500 sq ft of the MSI black montauk in the versailles pattern. Very happy with it. Haven't sealed or grouted yet. What did you end up doing?

NC- we've diy'ed several floors ourselves, including a marble floor in a herringbone pattern. But I have to say, the slate in the versailles pattern was the most difficult yet. And time consuming because we could only work on it on weekends. It wasn't really difficult because of the pattern. It was a bit tough to get level because it's a natural stone. We started in mid March last year and finished in July. We saved a ton of money and it looks great. Probably better than if we had had someone else do it.
