My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      That would be great thank you! What color is the knoll fabric that you used? It is hard to tell - looks like an oatmeal with a greenish hue. I am more interested in oatmeal. Is it also a wool? I live in Singapore and it would be better to have a fabric that is good for hot weather.
