I would have immediately gotten the hose and started spraying/washing it all towards any grass/dirt and kept spraying until it washed out. Paint is easy to wash out when fresh and wet.

Not sure what you are going to do now that it is dry.

@chispa unfortunately BIN isn’t water based, so it’s alcohol clean up which is why I’ve been scrubbing with denatured alcohol.

Since it is dry now, chances are, that you will not get it all out of your furniture. You could, however spray paint the furniture with krylon type spray paint.

yeah, I think you're cooked on the furniture. I'd spray paint w/a good plastic spray paint.

Have you tried ammonia? (please wear a respirator if you're using any of these)

as for the pavers, can you replace those? (the ones w/paint) If the alcohol or ammoniated detergent. (maybe ammonia and dawn? or ammonia and laundry detergent? maybe oxyclean?) won't work, maybe lighting sanding them?

Try going over to the painters forum and see if they have a special concoction.
