Thicker latex-type gloves (not dishwashing gloves) should work if you're overly sensitive to fiberglass. Otherwise, I'd just use bare hands if its a one off, single Tee.

Actually, I've never used gloves with fiberglass insulation. Never had any issues, have had itchiness on my arms from the fibers. Apparently my hands are tougher than yours.

Thanks. I do prefer to avoid the fibers and itchiness if possible. I've some thin painters Nitrile gloves, any thoughts on how well they'd work?

Anything will work if they don't tear. Try them!
