Hi @cinquefoil, I am also looking at LUX flooring, Mountain, in the Pacific Collection, and have found very little on-line about them. I was wondering if you ended up using it and what your thoughts are. Such a huge chunk of our designing budget going to floors so am a little nervous about committing!

I did select the Lux flooring as it was sold by a local reputable carpet and flooring wholesaler in Virginia. I used an independent installer who also spoke very highly about it... he told me no complaints in many installs. I put it directly on the subfloor - no one thought underlayment was needed. The matching quarter-round was a bit expensive relative to what you can find in the big box stores, but it matches perfectly. I am happy with the result.

I’m considering the same Oyster color from the Lux Flooring brand, & saw that you were happy with it after installation, but wanted to ask how you’re still liking them & how they’re holding up 3yrs later? Similar to your experience, there is still very little review I can find online, but the specs & designs look great & my local independent flooring store spoke highly of them. Thanks so much!

They’re in my top 2 brand choices, so I now feel more comfortable knowing that at least 1 person has a good experience with them. Thanks again! :)

@cinquefoil ... We are considering LUX for a whole house renovation, installing over concrete slab on grade. We were going to go with COREtec, but our general contractor used the pricing of LUX in out estimate for the work. COREtec is double the proce. Would you be willing to post photos? Would love to see it installed in a house -- we are planning to use it through a living room, hallway, into bedrooms (we have a ranch) and in kitchen. I'd love to learn from your experience. I am also interested in the "foot feel" of LUX. Iur neighbors just installed Coretec and it is pretty but feels has a kind of "give under foot" which feels odd. Also sounds a bit tinny when walking on it.
