Aloe Vera Disease (Probably Rust) Help Needed

Hi everyone,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but my aloe vera plant seems to be dying, and I cannot do anything to prevent it.
I repotted it a few months ago (it was originally in a really small container) and I used cactus-mix for that purpose.
I water only when the soil is dry for at least ~8cm and I never put too much water.
The new leaves didn't have any rust until a week ago, but it started spreading to them as well.
Do you think it's a fungal infection? Should I try applying tea-tree oil water solution on the leaves?
Is there any hope for this little fella? 😅
