This is my first project and I'm sure I have made mistakes. I have no problem with stitches just don't understand the pattern.

Please see attached, note the edging hasn't been done nor sewing up the right seam. Still have to do button holes and sewing on buttons. This is a crop cardigan. When you do seaming do you turn your sweater inside out then seam?

When watching the video the woman started with the left side and started seaming from the bottom ribbing all the way up the side and down the arm. On right side of sweater I did the cuff of the sweater. I can leave a long piece of yarn to do seaming but would have to start at cuff, basically I would be doing the opposite on the right side. Can this be done or should I start at bottom of ribbing on right front side? Please forgive my stupidity.
