Here is the rest of the room

I'd get some large framed art in there that's part of a grouping, stacked two on either side of the dresser. Or you could do a salon style gallery wall on either side with multiple frames of varying sizes.

I would do something like this - obviously with a piece of art that you love.

I prefer fewer, larger items over gallery type walls.

I like a gallery wall arrangement, but sometimes it's difficult to do them well. I just wanted to say I love your room!

I would off-center the dresser/tv (move toward the door a bit) and add a large, tall plant in the corner by the window. Your room is beautiful - you don't need anything else.

Both the tv and dresser feel lost, therefore suggest addressing wall as well as floor space.

The dresser isn’t the right size for that wall, even the TV is so small. I see the dresser is matching the nightstands ,so I think change it is not an option. A floor mirror and a planter will fill that wall nicely.

Your bedroom is a beautiful calming and restful space. Keep it simple as Maureen and Jennifer suggested.

What a lovely space! I love your wall color and the cabinet/dresser!

I would add a couple of simple framed prints on the left ... stacked one on top of the other and maybe a taller but thinner tree to the right.

I had a huge living room wall in my old house. I had loads of art around it. However, yours calls for elegant simplicity.

This was mine. Definitely a bit on the busier side.

What if the tv sits on the dresser?

I like the idea proposed above by Maureen and applied it to your decor replacing the ottoman with chairs which would be more balanced with the height of your dresser. A larger TV would also be more balanced.

The existing dresser is a bit small for that wall. But, if it remains, skew the TV to the left in line with the left side of the dresser. Place a taller narrow lamp or a taller vase on the right to fill in the space. Very simple and not costly nor busy.

    Can we change the dresser?

Remove the tv! I'm a fan of bedrooms being for reading and sleeping, so opt not to have a tv in the bedroom :-)

Books are the answer to every question. Replace the dresser with a wall unit of shelves and drawers, even hanging space if you need it, and a niche for the TV.

I suggest flanking each side of the dresser (which is too small for the length of that wall) with a mid to tall house plant then add art on each side of the plants. I’d use two piece stacked on each side. Plants add warmth and art adds a beautiful design element personal to the home dweller.

My dresser is three drawers wide and new, so no changing dresser.

Most of the suggestions are similar in adding a few art pieces or photograph wall around your tv depending on your tastes. Arrangement and sizing being important and your taste . If you dislike a cluttered look and more simplistic approach then simply a piece of art to the left or right of your tv ( don’t center it) . Adding a chair and ottoman to one side with perhaps a floor lamp beside it . Display shelves if you have some favorite items to display . Go with your instinct. You have a lovely room and taste . These photographs were my favorite look.

    Beautiful room, love your bedding.

The room has such a lovely and serene feel, I wouldn’t busy up the TV wall. And you already have an accent chair(s), I wouldn’t add more.

There is elegance in simplicity — I’d add a piece of art I love (or a couple of pieces), and that’s it. You could certainly add a pretty plant on the floor, too, or a stand and put your jar of sticks on it, to the left of the dresser.

Judging by the rest of your beautiful space, it looks like you prefer an uncluttered, calming environment. If you own, have you considered a built-in unit of sorts? .. Custom or even an Ikea hack? Your current dresser, although it looks like it's probably nice quality isn't quite substantial enough against that large wall, the scale is off. It's difficult to guess what the bedroom floorplan is. is that door on the left the entry door? I was thinking some shallow storage on the outside (flanking the tv) and useful dresser depth drawers under the tv.
