Hemlock or Clear Cedar for Ceilings?

Which wood is the better option for clad ceilings and why? Clear Cedar or Hemlock? I know nothing about either but those are 2 that I’m considering. I like a clean look without many (or any) knot holes. The room will get lots of sun (in case that matters).
