My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Christmas tree placement/room layout

Hi all!
We recently moved into our new home. I'm trying to figure out the best layout for our living area. We have a small TV in this room that will be used infrequently (it's more of room for me to sit in peace for a little bit while the kids nap and whatnot).
I have a little design dilemma! I can't figure out the placement of everything, including my Christmas tree! Would love suggestions. I'm happy to move furniture around, but I want to work with what we have. My poor husband might drop over if I buy anything new. 😬🤣
Please don't mind the random boxes, clutter, and baby gear. We're still in the process of getting settled, so things are still a little messy!
