If you enter the closet only from the bathroom, you will let moisture from the bathroom enter the closet, too. You need a very good exhaust fan to remove moisture from the bathroom before it can get into your closet/clothing. What?!….no tub? Plus, if one of you is in the shower and the other needs to select clothing, it’s another chance for moisture to get into the closet. Will both of you use your sinks at the same time? Will your hairspray or perfume spritz you and him as well? Is there room for both of you to use your sinks simultaneously without bumping elbows? Where will the controls for the shower be located? Will you need to enter the shower in order to turn on the water or will be able to reach in and turn the water on from the shower door area? Will you have a pony wall between the toilet area and the shower? Where will your towels be hung?

I must say I do not like corner vanity with two sinks. When both of you are standing in front of your vanity, you use almost the same floor space.

This is another option. I put two cabinets. One deeper for towels and the other for all or your toiletries.
