need advice for new façade for 80s contemporary

if you were given this house and a $100K budget for new front facade/addition, what would you do? We are planning to replace garage door with contemporary garage door. we would like front addition to include a home office/laundry room and a powder room and 2nd story balcony. Any ideas?
