My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Cost difference between light and dark Stonescapes mini pebble

I am having a 750 rectangular pool built in the Tampa area, and am deciding between tropic blue and midnight blue. The builder quoted $10,000 additional cost to switch from a standard finish to midnight blue. That seems crazy high. I already signed the contract. is that number on or off base and how much more SHOULD I be charged?
